Culturally, the Seychelles islands represent the very centre of the old spice routes of sea traders, not only In terms of its geographic position on a map, but also in the way that influences from Africa, Asia and Europe all intertwined (together with an abundance of fresh seafood), toward the evolution of what’s known on the islands as Creole cuisine.
As a Seychellois-owned resort, we pride ourselves on serving some of the top local Creole cuisine on the island. A combination of fresh local produce and other hand-picked ingredients come together innovatively on our menus, for guests to be able to try authentic Seychellois delicacies but also European classics and creative fusion-style cuisine.
Dining options are available all throughout the day and evening, for both in-house residents and visiting guests. A room service menu is available as well.
The main restaurant, surrounded by the tranquility of a tropical garden, provides
-a full American breakfast buffet from 07.30 to 10.00
-while dinner features either themed buffets or Table d’hôte selections in the evenings from 19.30 to 21.30.
The pool bar and restaurant offers lunch from 12.00 to 15.00, as well as cocktails and drinks throughout the day
